Bermuda Viking
- 1 oz. Pisco Portón
- 1 oz. Gosling Black strap Rum
- 1 ½ oz. lime sour
- 1 tsp. Agave Syrup
- Lime foam: Cream of coconut, Whipping cream, citrus VLiNG
Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into coupe or cocktail glass.
Toss ice. Add 1 oz. cream of coconut, 1 oz. whipping cream, 1oz. Citrus VLiNG and shake with wire until foamy.
Pour over cocktail.
Garnish with toasted coconut/lime.
