Clementine Crème

  • 1 oz. Blood orange Skyy Vodka
  • 1 oz. Apricot Liqueur
  • ½ clementine, squeezed
  • 1 ½ oz. evaporated milk
  • 1 ½ oz. Citrus VLiNG

Shake first three ingredients with ice in shaker and pour into chilled Martini Glass or Coupe glass.

Dump ice.

Add more ice and stir 1 ½ oz. evaporated milk with 1 ½ oz. cold citrus VLiNG. Garnish with thin slice of Clementine.

Top glass until filled.
